CASSA manufactures various types of sugar for the domestic market, for industrial use and direct consumption: brown sugar (raw), standard white sugar, superior white sugar, and refined sugar.

The following types of sugar are exported to the international market: raw sugar, brown sugar, standard white sugar, 150 UI white sugar, and refined sugar.

These products are exported in the following presentations: 1 kg, 25 kg, 50 kg, and jumbos from 1 MT to 1.25 MT, in bulk and as required by the client.

Likewise, the Salvadoran Sugar Agroindustry invests more than one million dollars each year in adding vitamin A to locally marketed sugar.

It is worth noting that this supplement benefits the health of Salvadorans, especially children, since its consumption has achieved a high percentage reduction in child blindness and malnutrition in this population group.
