That's why Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is not just a set of standards, it is a culture embedded in our operations, and we live it every day at the mills and in the fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What is OHS?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It's a set of policies, practices, and standards that aim to ensure safe, healthy and decent working conditions for all of our collaborators. With this strategy, we aim to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705 Prevent on-the-job accidents<br>\u2705 Prevent occupational illnesses<br>\u2705 Promote physical, mental, and social well-being<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How do we do this?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have a robust and committed team: <strong>estructura s\u00f3lida y comprometida<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Occupational Health and Safety Manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 Head of Occupational Health and Safety<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 OHS Officer in the agriculture area<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2 OHS Analysts (CI &amp; CHP)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2 Physicians (CI &amp; CHP)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2 Nurses (CI &amp; CHP)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, we\u2019ve strengthened our system with support teams, such as these:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc77\u200d\u2640\ufe0f Emergency Response Teams:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>55 members at Ingenio Chaparrastique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>85 members at Central Izalco<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83e\udd1d Occupational Health and Safety Committees:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>10 members at Chaparrastique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 members at COAGRI<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 members at Central Izalco<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because your life and wellbeing come first<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our commitment goes beyond legal compliance. Our aim is a culture where every collaborator plays an active role in self-care, prevention, and ongoing improvement.
