Continuous Improvement Education Program

Since 2014, CASSA has eradicated illiteracy among collaborators in the industrial area and it currently provides opportunities for those collaborators who want to obtain their high school diploma through the flexible modular program offered by Ministry of Education of El Salvador.

This program started around 2005, with an initiative by a group of collaborators in the Mechanized and Ironworks Workshop, with the initial objective of eradicating illiteracy in the company. Once this objective was met, the project evolved to begin offering higher education, which over the years opened greater opportunities within the program for the students and facilitators, and anyone willing to participate or collaborate in any way.

From 2008 to 2009, the program had 4 formally established levels, which provided 1st through 9th grade degrees recognized and approved by the Ministry of Education.
